- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and all provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuzooroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months.
